[CHARACTER]

Name: Ea-nasir (Caster)
Series: Fate/Golden End (Original Grail War, technically an AU of Fate/ and Fate/GO)
Race: Heroic Spirit, formerly human
Age: 3,800 even (appears in her 20s)
Description: A woman of average height and stature with a Mediterranean tan and light brown hair, a little wavy when loose but often pulled back into a ponytail. Her expressions fluctuate between bored, finding something hilarious, and used car salesman - if she's meeting somebody new, usually it's the latter. She's constantly taking in her surroundings, looking for avenues of escape (for herself and others), and judging everybody she meets... though she's excellent at not showing this obviously, so it's not likely to be noticed unless your character is similarly trained.
Magic/Soul/Evil Sensing: If your character can sense souls, they can note that Ea-nasir isn't human, but a Heroic Spirit - a dead soul that's been pulled from the cycle of life and death, a living embodiment of their legends and deeds. In there, her soul merged with human resentment towards the concept of the con, meaning she is half human resentment as well. Since she was summoned into a Holy Grail War, she was given a body of mana and her soul is a copy of the original's.
If your character can sense magic, they can note that her body is more or less made up of mana. They can also note that she gains mana whenever anybody is upset or exasperated at her, as a result of her Grievance Power skill. Any magic she actually uses comes in the form of Curses though, so whether that counts as magic is up to you.
If your character can sense evil, darkness, etc. then you can probably feel that Ea-nasir's soul is partially made up of human resentment, thousands of years of grudges against conmen building up and making up a portion of her soul. You can also probably sense that her magic are all Curses, negativity and ill-will given form.
Vocals: VA Mayumi Shintani, as seen here

[OOC]

Backtagging: I'm fine with tagging threads with slow activity unto eternity, but not thread necromancy, if that makes sense.
Threadhopping: Actively encouraged for less serious threads, ask permission for the serious stuff
Fourthwalling: If you want to know about Ea-nasir the historical figure then YES ABSOLUTELY THAT IS WHY FATE/ IS COOL TO PLAY FROM. Knowing about Fate/ the fictional franchise is a no.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): It's all good

[IC]

Hugging this character: why would you, but yes
Kissing this character: SERIOUSLY WHY WOULD YOU also yes
Flirting with this character: Go for it
Fighting with this character: I'd prefer to discuss first
Injuring this character: Anything like, naturally coming about through a conflict we've already discussed is fine. Anything major or coming out of nowhere let's discuss
Killing this character: Let's talk about it
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Go for it.

[POWERS PERMISSIONS]

Ea-nasir has several Skills and powers from being a Fate/ character. Some of these can border on mind-reading or affect characters, their items, or their powers. Also, in general, Ea-nasir is a con artist and she thrives with negative CR. I'll go down the list of what her powers are and their opt-out levels.

Con Artist: Not a Skill or power, just Ea-nasir is, in general, a con artist. How cool are you with being on the receiving end of used-car-salesman-esque pitches and obvious cons?
Territory Creation: Ea-nasir can create or designate special areas. A Shop has all of the items she makes appear as higher quality - can your character somehow see through it? A Warehouse just keeps goods from going bad, and a Negotiating Space is supernaturally understood to be neutral ground when you enter, but offers no compulsion to act on it.
Item Creation: Ea-nasir can make stuff out of mana, but it's all low quality. Spending time on it can make it appear higher quality - can your character somehow see through it? Note that the items she makes are real, though, even though they came from magic.
Grievance Power: Ea-nasir's signature skill. Any negativity, anger, hatred, exasperation, etc. directed at her turns into mana. This isn't really opt in or out it's just how she is, but do note that if you can sense magic, you can sense this.
True Appraisal: Ea-nasir can identify people, items, and powers, including True Names, abilities, and true nature. This isn't 100% though, and works best on targets with artistic or historical significance. Can she gleam anything off of your character, their items, or their abilities?
Merchant's Discernment: This one is simple: When a person believes Ea-nasir holds bargaining power, then she can in turn sense what it would take to make them negotiate. This isn't mind-reading but a supernatural ability, so it could tell her something the character themselves wouldn't think of. It's also blocked by methods that block scrying, but not by methods that block mind-reading. Can this affect your character?
Promise of Copper: Ea-nasir's Noble Phantasm allows her to degrade items, including magic items, and powers. For magic items and powers, they can only remain degraded while fighting Ea-nasir. For mundane items, they can remain degraded as long as Ea-nasir wants. Fighting Ea-nasir means agreeing to the temporary degradation, unless your character has something that would stop that. Do they? The more permanent stuff I'll discuss before using, but opt in or out here if you'd like.

Yosuke Otoha [personal profile] bakegarasu
Ken Amada (AU) [personal profile] miseris_socios
Casper LeBlanc, Jr. [personal profile] helborn
Caleb Widogast [personal profile] katzenpfote

Con Artist:
Ken: Yes, he's suspicious of everyone but not super good at bartering.
Otoha: Harder to do, given his background, but possible.
Casper: Possible? He's got some lie detection ability, but not real bargaining experience. It'll depend on the situation.
Caleb: Depends on the situation, but open to it.

High Quality Magic:
Ken: Yes.
Otoha: Yes but harder.
Casper: Yes but harder than Otoha.
Caleb: Yes, but he'll be angry.

True Appraisal:
Otoha: I'd... prefer his magic items be a little vague since his soul is in his amulet. His sword is a bit magical and his amulet is very magical.
Ken: I think the Evoker might come off as magic? Otherwise he doesn't have much.
Casper: He's... got a fair few magic items on his person and is also very magical himself. His raven is also magic.
Caleb: His spellbook is magic in the sense that it... has spells. The paper and ink themselves aren't magic, just high quality.

Merchant's Discernment:
Ken: Yes.
Otoha: Yes.
Casper: Yes but question mark?
Caleb: Yes and it's probably knowledge or some sort of magic-related thing. Or just a good book in general depending on the transaction.

Promise of Copper:
In general opt out for the magic items if only because it'd freak them out too much. Mundane items yeah if it's sufficiently funny enough and it's not like... a weapon they need in the next hour or something. Hard opt-out for Caleb's spellbook.
